Price
The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Mannan Foam Industries Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices at its discretion without informing the customer.
Product Availability
In case of unavailability of one or more Mannan Foam Industries Pvt Ltd. products, the customer will be notified by email or phone. The amount paid will be recalculated and the customer will be refunded for the unavailable product. In case no products are available, customer will be notified by an email or phone and a full refund will be initiated.
Exchange
Exchange requests due to incorrect mattress size ordered will carry a return shipment cost of INR 1500 across India which will be borne by the customer. It is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order.
Law and Jurisdiction
All sales and interactions with Mannan Foam Industries Pvt Ltd. shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such sales and interaction shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad only.
Offers and Coupons
Ortho Knight will introduce offers, discounts and coupon codes on a time- to- time basis and this will be completely at the discretion of the brand. Ortho Knight reserves the right to withdraw the offers and coupons without any notification.
Ortho Knight Coupon codes can be redeemed only on purchases made through www.mannanfoam.com
Delivery
Standard delivery for all Mannan Foam Industries Pvt Ltd. products across India is free. There is no hidden cost at checkout.
The delivery dates for a product may vary based on stock availability
Cancellation of the product must be reported within 12 hours of purchase confirmation.
Customer will have to bear the delivery charge in case the delivery is made to a wrong location due to the wrong delivery address entered during order placement.
For logistical reasons, Mannan Foam Industries Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to split shipments
Payment for Mannan Foam Industries Pvt Ltd. products are made on the website. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay using Internet Banking.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Warranty is applicable only if the Mattress is purchased from an Authorized dealer or from e-coomerce or from www.mannanfoam.com.
The warranty card must be duly filled, stamped and signed by the authorized dealer only.
The card and the relevant cash memo must be present with mattress in case of a complaint.
Stains occurring on the mattress tapestry after unpacking or removing the packing and subsequent use at customer end will not be covered under warranty.
Cloth damage/ tearing of cloth during usage will nopt be covered under the warranty.
Opening of stitches that is reported after three days of the purchase date will not be covered under the warranty.
Transportation cost and handling charges towards replacement or repair have to be borne by the customers.
In case of Warranty claim, if any, the customer needs to bring the mattress to the point of purchase.
If one of your pair mattress has been sagged more than the given limit , then only the sagged mattress will be repaired or replaced.
For all products of Ortho Knight Warranty will be treated on PRO-RATA basis.
Warranty does not include damage of mattress from improper usages. Please follow tips in www.mannanfoam.com.
Warranty does not cover fabric damage such as tears, stains, colour fading, bleeding, soils or burns.
Warranty does not cover damages to the mattress due to infestation by Insects/rodents/rates and due to any natural calamities.
Warranty does not cover Comfort level.
Warranty does not cover depression of less tha 1.5” in the 5” or more than 5” thickness mattresses and 1” in the 4” thickness mattresses.
