How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

 

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?


In the event of refund, the money transferred back to the source of transaction may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by www.mannanfoam.com.

We can very easily refund the amount directly to your bank account. Just send us the bank account details on Contact Us, and we will initiate the refund on that account within 5 working days. or Whatsapp Detail on 9837170368 along with invoice copy you receive on your mail.

RETURN/ REPLACEMENT POLICY

Returns are a scheme provided to the customer directly, under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered to you. The return policy is divided into three parts.

The RETURNS will be accepted only on the basis of investigation by our respective team.

PART I

7 Days RETURN/REPLACEMENT on the basis of our internal investigation.

PART II - Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

The product shall comply with the below-mentioned conditions, only then the pick-up shall be initiated:

All in-the-box accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

The product should be unused

The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive shall have the authority to decide upon the pick-up of the product based on the above conditions, and shall deny the pick-up if any of the above conditions is not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

Part III - General Rules for a successful Return

In certain cases, where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

Product’s original packaging/ box should not be damaged.

NOTE: Replacement/ exchange shall be subject to availability of stock. In such an event, the refund shall be initiated.

Why is my item not eligible for return/ refund/ replacement?

The items not eligible for return/ refund/ replacement might be for the following reasons:

  1. The return/ refund/ replacement shall be applicable ONLY within 7 days of delivery of the item to the customer.
  2. Certain items mentioned below are not eligible for return/ refund/ replacement:
  1. Inner wear
  2. Lingerie
  3. Socks
  4. Made-to-order/ customized products
  5. COVID-19 essential supplies
